Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of entries
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and monthly financial records
Monitor and report on financial transactions and discrepancies
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Assist in internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Advise on cost efficiency, budgeting, and financial planning

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred)
Proven work experience as an Accountant (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting compliance
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
