Key Roles & Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Finance

• Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts
• Finalization of financial statements and MIS reports
• Handling statutory compliances and supporting audits
• Preparation and filing of

  TDS and GST returns

• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and ledger scrutiny
  

Operations & Administration Support

• Payroll processing and coordination
• Vendor bill verification, processing, and payments
• Student fee collection, tracking, and reconciliation
• Bank deposits and cash/bank management
• Attendance verification and related records
  

Coordination & Compliance

• Drafting professional correspondence and responses to statutory authorities
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls
• Adapting to additional responsibilities as required by the institution
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)

  Mandatory

• Masters Degree (M.Com / MBA Finance) Preferred, not mandatory
  

Experience

• 2–6 years

  of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or institutional accounts

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

  Tally

  ,

  MS Excel

  , and

  MS Word

• Exposure to

  GST, TDS, payroll, and MIS reporting

• Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools is an added advantage
