Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant Executive

to manage daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions

Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations

Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and reports

Assist in audits, internal checks, and financial reviews

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and collections

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

2 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment

Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
