We are seeking a competent Office Assistant with expertise in Tally and Excel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks efficiently, and ensuring seamless operations. The role of the accountant starts from Billing, Customer Service and Work Coordination.
Responsibilities:
· Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
· Maintain and update company databases accurately using Tally software.
· Generate invoices and receipts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
· Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with administrative requirements.
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
