Skilzon is hiring an organised, detail-driven Admin cum Accountant to join our team.If you know how to keep operations running smoothly and maintain accurate financial records without messing up the basics — you’ll fit right in.


Key Responsibilities


Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination

Maintain accounting records with accuracy and consistency

Manage invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups

Prepare and update financial statements and reports

Reconcile accounts, monitor expenses, and support audits

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and data management

Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams when needed


Required Skills & Experience


2+ years of experience in administration and accounting (preferred)

Strong proficiency in Tally

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership

Strong communication and documentation skills
