Accountant, Senior India

You will be supporting Black Duck global operations by ensuring accurate and timely financial closings, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations for consolidated financial reporting. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Global Accounting Manager in the US to drive efficiency, compliance, and excellence in accounting operations. As the India Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting audits and ensuring balance sheet reconciliations across all regions. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings for all entities. - Create intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations for accurate consolidated financial reporting. - Support audits (internal and external) by providing documentation and ensuring audit readiness globally. - Complete and ensure approval of balance sheet reconciliations across all regions. Ideal Core Qualifications, Experience, Attributes And Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Business from an accredited College/University. - 5+ years of experience, preferably in SAAS/software industry. - Proficiency in global ERP systems, preferably Netsuite. - Quick learner with the ability to pick up accounting and finance knowledge in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail to identify irregularities in invoices and financial reports. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external third parties. - Problem-solving mindset to navigate cultural and regulatory complexities.,
