Job Description

We are seeking an Accountant to oversee all financial transactions, including managing fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgeting.

Responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. The ideal candi will have prior bookkeeping experience and a keen eye for identifying numerical errors to excel in this role.

Skills

Work experience as an Accountant
Maintain TDS , GSTR1 , GSTR3b
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Hands-on experience with accounting software like TallyPrime, Tally Must ( Tally ERP)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Manage all accounting transactions.
Timely publish financial statements.
Handle thly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure prompt bank payments.
Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Report on the company s financial health and liquidity.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and conduct database backups as needed.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.

A minimum of four years experience in accounting/finance is required
