Job Description:
Rultivate India Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be experienced in accounting software, compliance processes, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare GST, TDS filings, and ensure statutory compliance.
Reconcile bank statements and perform ledger maintenance.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
