Accountant Real Estate/Construction

As an Accountant at MTech Infra, a fast-growing company in the real estate and infrastructure development sector based in Delhi NCR, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping and data entry, preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and bank reconciliations, handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, preparing financial reports, statements, and assisting with audits, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking for ongoing projects, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end account closure. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred) along with a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in the real estate or construction industry. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools is required, as well as a strong knowledge of tax regulations including GST and TDS. Good communication and organizational skills are essential, and you must be able to join immediately.
