Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts in
QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
.
Record daily financial transactions including
sales, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments
.
Prepare and review
bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations
.
Manage
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
processes.
Assist in
month-end and year-end closings
, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports.
Ensure compliance with
US GAAP
and applicable accounting standards.
Liaise with US clients and teams for financial data, clarifications, and reports.
