Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at our office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, costing, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks (sales, purchase, journal entries, bank reconciliation, etc.)
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Perform costing analysis and maintain cost records
Work with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Generate financial reports and statements using MS Excel
Maintain data accuracy and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred)
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and costing
Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.)
Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is a plus
Attention to detail and organizational skills
