Accountant Officer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations and support administrative processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of financial transactions, accurate record-keeping, and timely reporting in alignment with our organizational values and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation.Handle vendor payments, track expenses, and maintain payment records.Prepare monthly salary statements for staff and workers.Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records.Record all accounting entries in Tally and maintain ledgers.Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly expenditure statements.Support administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance data, filing vouchers, and coordinating with centers when needed.Work closely with management to ensure timely submission of reports and audits.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.Minimum 23 years of experience in accounting or finance operations (NGO or small enterprise experience preferred).Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.Good understanding of bank reconciliation, payroll preparation, and vendor payment cycles.Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.Personal Attributes:Reliable, organized, and proactive.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.A positive, team-oriented mindset aligned with Tiny Miracles values.Remuneration:Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
