Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Accountant with 15+ years of expertise in Indian accounting standards to manage end-to-end finance operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.), Companies Act, and Indian GAAP, with proven leadership skills in managing teams and ensuring accurate financial control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting (AP/AR, bank reconciliation, cash flow, ledgers, financial statements) as per Indian GAAP.
Oversee GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, filings, and audits.
Handle payroll processing and statutory obligations (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity).
Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
Implement internal controls, cost-saving measures, and mentor the accounts team.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Com/M.Com with 15+ years experience in Indian accounting and taxation.
Proficient in Tally ERP, SAP, Busy, and advanced Excel.
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
Skilled in audits, tax assessments, and government liaison.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
