Accountant

As an experienced Accountant, your main responsibilities will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You will be in charge of monitoring cash flow, maintaining and reconciling financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero. Your duties will also involve preparing and filing tax returns, sales tax, and other regulatory filings. Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and supporting documents will be crucial, along with assisting in month-end closing procedures and promptly responding to vendor inquiries to resolve account issues. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4-5 years of accounting experience. A strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential, as well as proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, and Excel. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will be key assets, enabling you to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also vital to succeed in this position.
