Job Title:

Assistant Accounts Manager / Accounts Expert

Location: :

  • 1. SK Puri Boaring Road Office,
  • 2. Vijay Nagar Rukunpura Office.

Educational Eligibility:

  • M.Com / B.Com with minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience

OR

  • CA Inter with minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling core accounting and financial functions for the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • GST Filing & Return Preparation
  • EPF & ESIC Compliance – monthly challans, filings, and updates
  • Preparation of Salary Sheets & Payroll Management
  • Tally Accounting – voucher entry, ledger maintenance, reconciliations
  • Billing & Invoicing – preparation and tracking of bills for clients/vendors
  • Vendor & Payment Management – follow-ups, payment schedules
  • Project-related Accounting Support – documentation and Project related financials
  • Preparation of monthly reports, balance sheets, and MIS
  • Coordination with auditors and consultants as required

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, EPF, and ESIC procedures
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in cash handling and receipt management
  • Ability to maintain Excel-based financial tracking and data analysis
  • Efficient in income and expense management with accurate record keeping
  • Expertise in cheque processing and bank coordination
  • Handling of commission, salary payouts, and related reconciliations
  • Monitoring of customer dues and ensuring timely payment follow-up
  • Competence in document management, filing, and record maintenance
  • Oversight of utility bills, office expenses, and vendor payments
  • Coordination for GST filing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting

Note: Work Location Flexibility

The selected candidate may be required to work at both our offices as per operational needs:

  • Primary Office: SK Puri Boaring Road Office
  • Secondary Office: Vijay Nagar Rukunpura Office.

Candidates are expected to be flexible with work location, and may be assigned duties at either office based on project requirements, meetings, or administrative responsibilities.
