Job Title: Accountant

Location: Karaikal
Experience: 0–1 Year
Notice Period: Immediate or up to 30 days

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting processesusing Tally and Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn modern accounting practices within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities in Tally and Zoho Books.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Record and maintain vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for data accuracy and compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely filing and reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail with a proactive attitude to learn and adapt.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
