Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and oversee all financial records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Monitor and verify that the studio and client servicing teams are entering all financial transactions daily. Prevent revenue loss by ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded without gaps. Handle billing, invoicing, and collections , ensuring timely payments from clients. Negotiate professionally with clients regarding cost reductions and ensure full recovery of due payments without unnecessary discounts . Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and audits as required. Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, and other financial regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and reporting. Work in a hybrid model , balancing remote work and in-office presence as needed. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the advertising/media industry. Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and other accounting software . Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure timely payments from clients . Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
