Job Title: Accountant (Hotel Industry Experience) Location: Sector 45, Gurgaon Salary: ₹34,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience: 2–5 years (Hotel industry background preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a background in the hospitality/hotel sector to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Monitor accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and guest billing processes. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Coordinate with internal departments for billing and expense reports. Assist in budget planning and variance analysis. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting. Support monthly closing activities and MIS reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the hotel or hospitality industry. Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and hotel accounting systems. Strong understanding of hospitality revenue cycles, vendor billing, and guest folio reconciliation. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
