Job Title: Accountant (Female) – Tally, GST, and General Accounting

About RVS Moto Hub:

RVS Moto Hub Pvt. Ltd. is a premium automobile service center in Trivandrum, committed to delivering excellence in vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction. We are currently hiring a Female Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally, GST filing, customer billing, and general accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer billing and maintain accurate daily transaction records
• Maintain general accounting entries and manage all financial operations through Tally ERP
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Prepare and maintain monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and related reports
• Oversee staff salary processing, including statutory deductions (PF/ESI/TDS)
• Perform bank reconciliations, maintain ledgers, and petty cash
• Support audit procedures and maintain financial documentation
• Collaborate with the management on budgeting and expense monitoring

Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in automobile or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of GST compliance, statutory filing norms, and payroll handling
• Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com or related degree
• Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
