Job Description: As an Accountant, your role will involve managing various financial tasks with precision and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include: - TDS & GST Compliance: Handling all TDS and GST-related tasks, such as computation, filing, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. - ESI & PF Management: Managing Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) accounting, ensuring accurate contributions and deductions. - Daily Accounting Operations: Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, invoicing, and reconciliation. - Tally & Excel Proficiency: Utilizing Tally and Excel for accounting tasks, such as data entry, financial analysis, and report generation. - Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively within a team, offering guidance to junior accountants, and cooperating with other departments when needed. Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel. - Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, ESI, PF, and account finalization. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
