Accountant Executive

Role Overview: As an Accountant Executive at Envigaurd, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements. - Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. - Monitor budgetary controls, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage financial claims. - Coordinate with vendors and clients for financial transactions. - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. - Generate periodic financial reports and provide insights for financial performance improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Accountant Executive, preferably in manufacturing or contracting industries. - Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations. - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. - Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and strong communication skills for team coordination.
