Job Description:
We are seeking an Accountant with 1-2 years of experience, proficient in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions.
Prepare budget forecasts.
Publish financial statements.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Accountant for at least 1 years.
Solid experience with Zoho Books accounting software.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Accuracy and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Telegu language is Mandatory.
