Description
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records for two firms using Zoho Books. Your key responsibilities will include handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and tax filings. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, as well as monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting processes. You may also need to coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Zoho Books, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a strong knowledge of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing accounts for multiple entities is preferred. You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
