Job Description: Account cum Admin Executive Position: Account cum Admin Executive Location: Kumara swamy layout Languages Required: Kannada, English, and Hindi (Mandatory) Roles and Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Preparing accurate invoices, including tax invoices. Verifying and checking invoices for accuracy. 2.Payment Follow-Up: Following up with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely payment collection. 3. Documentation and Reporting: Creating proposals and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Generating and maintaining reports using MS Word and Excel. 4.Administrative Tasks: Handling day-to-day administrative activities and maintaining office documentation. Supporting management with organizational tasks as required. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Strong knowledge of invoice preparation and tax invoice requirements. Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in accounts and administration is preferred.
