Accountant cum Office Assistant

The Accountant cum Office Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Ashok Pipe. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, assisting in preparing invoices, bills, and financial reports, and managing daily cash flow and petty cash expenses. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining stock levels of all products, performing regular inventory checks, coordinating product deliveries, organizing office documents and files, and providing general office support as needed. You will also need to respond to customer and supplier queries promptly. To be successful in this role, you should have a 12th or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field, along with proven experience in accounting or office administration. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are key qualifications required.
