Job Description

Candidates with prior experience in the relevant field will be preferred

Roles:

 Maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

 Handle customer billing, invoicing, and follow up on payments.

 Reconcile bank statements and oversee day-to-day banking operations.

 Manage petty cash and vouchers and maintain accurate financial records.

 Maintain vendor ledger and database on a day-to-day basis.

 Handle GST filings and TDS and coordinate with external accountants for audits and compliance.

 Maintain and update entries in accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books.

 Process employee reimbursements and payroll support as needed.

 Maintain proper documentation of operations, agreements, and inventory records.

 Track and manage stock of materials, product samples, and office supplies.

 Handle vendor communications, quotations, and office purchases.

 Ensure proper filing of all administrative and accounting documents.

 Oversee maintenance and general upkeep of the showroom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
