Candidates with prior experience in the relevant field will be preferred
Roles:
Maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Handle customer billing, invoicing, and follow up on payments.
Reconcile bank statements and oversee day-to-day banking operations.
Manage petty cash and vouchers and maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain vendor ledger and database on a day-to-day basis.
Handle GST filings and TDS and coordinate with external accountants for audits and compliance.
Maintain and update entries in accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books.
Process employee reimbursements and payroll support as needed.
Maintain proper documentation of operations, agreements, and inventory records.
Track and manage stock of materials, product samples, and office supplies.
Handle vendor communications, quotations, and office purchases.
Ensure proper filing of all administrative and accounting documents.
Oversee maintenance and general upkeep of the showroom.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
