Job Summary:

Accountant cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Manage petty cash and daily expense reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance filings.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and utility bills.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies.
  • Handle basic correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic admin tools.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Minimum 

    1 year of experience handling accounting specifically for the hotel industry

     (mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
