Accountant – Compliance & Financial Operations

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Finance) or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate ledgers, transaction records, and financial statements including balance sheets and profit & loss reports
• Generate client/vendor invoices and manage billing cycles
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and ITR returns
• Handle MCA compliance including ROC documentation and filings.
• Track payment schedules, receipts, and vendor settlements
• Operate accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, and Ledger with precision.
• Support internal reviews and ensure financial hygiene across departments

Skills & Traits

• Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance (GST, TDS, ITR, MCA)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Attention to detail, time management, and documentation discipline
• Comfortable working in a lean team with evolving responsibilities
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to startup growth

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
