Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Experience in GST Reconciliation and GST Data preparations.
Experience in TDS data preparation and Return filing.
Ensure compliance with direct & indirect tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Utilize ERP software to manage and streamline financial data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Perform routine system checks to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with ERP system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
Generate and interpret financial reports from the ERP system to provide actionable insights.
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports from the ERP system.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes using ERP tools.
Develop and document accounting procedures and best practices in alignment with ERP capabilities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to support business goals.
