Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Erode for an Accountant and Front Office Manager. The role involves managing financial records, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and overseeing day-to-day transactions. The candidate will also handle front-office responsibilities such as addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing clerical tasks, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Office Administration, Front Office management, and handling routine clerical duties
• Ability to manage Customer Service and foster Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to handle client interactions and coordinate with the team
• Attention to detail and proficiency in managing financial records, invoices, and account reconciliation
• Proficient in computer applications and bookkeeping software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar role or relevant industry is an advantage
