Accountant & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities: Accounting (Tally Prime):

• Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime
• Create and manage purchase bills, GST entries, sales invoices, and ledgers
• Maintain site-wise and supplier-wise account tracking
• Prepare basic reports and summaries

Office Admin & Coordination:

• Follow up with clients for payments
• Manage office documents: quotations, bills, agreements
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site engineers
• Maintain clear Excel records for ongoing projects

Material Tracking (Project Sites):

• Track materials like glass, aluminum, MS, etc.
• Maintain delivery and fixing records site-wise
• Track stock movement from store to site

Labor & Site Log Management:

• Keep record of work done by laborers (e.g., sq.ft glass fixed)
• Prepare labor payment calculations based on daily/weekly work logs
• Ensure proper documentation for wages and material usage

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in Tally Prime (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & MS Office
• Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
• Preferred: Experience in construction/facade/interior projects
• Should be organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (based on experience)
