Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Accounts Trainer or Faculty who is passionate about teaching and has hands-on experience in the accounting and finance domain. The ideal candidate will have both academic qualifications and real-time training expertise, especially in professional institutes or education sector environments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive training in Accounting concepts and Tally software. Conduct classes in both online and offline modes. Prepare and update training materials and course content. Assess student performance and provide feedback. Stay updated with the latest industry practices and compliance changes. Required Subject Knowledge: Basic Accounting Fundamentals Journal Entries, Ledgers, Trial Balance & Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Account Tally (Complete Functional Knowledge) TDS Filing ITR Filing Trade License Registration Professional Tax Enrolment Basic GST Concepts Basic Audit & Assessment Procedures Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (with Accounts specialization) – Regular mode only Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in Accounts & Finance Training Institutes or the education Sector Strong communication skills with the ability to teach in an engaging and simplified manner Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms for online training Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
