Account Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our finance team in Kanchipuram. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 (FI Module) and hands-on experience in managing accounts payables and receivables, intercompany reconciliations, GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS and statutory compliances, bank reconciliation, and employee claims processing. Strong skills in journal entries, aging reports preparation, and excellent analytical abilities are essential to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including intercompany reconciliations and preparation of aging reports.
• Execute GST-related tasks such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings, IMS reconciliation, and ITC reconciliation.
• Prepare, file, and reconcile monthly TDS returns.
• Proficient in handling GST filings, TDS, and monthly PF and ESI statutory compliance and returns filing.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations ensuring accuracy of transactions.
• Process employee claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately in SAP ECC 6.0 (FI Module).
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for smooth financial operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 (FI Module).
• Expertise in bank reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and aging reports.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
