Account / Relationship Manager Voice / Blended Process

As a Relationship Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting high-value customers who are investing in bonds and fixed-income products. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer queries, providing investment insights, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the main point of contact for clients, resolving their queries, assisting with portfolio-related needs, and offering support across the bond platform. Building and managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve service requests will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and managing client interactions via CRM tools such as Leadsquared, Google Sheets, and Excel. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any stream and have at least 2-5 years of experience in customer relationship roles within financial services, NBFCs, or fintech industry. A strong understanding of fixed-income instruments, bond markets, and investment products is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are also required, along with proficiency in CRM tools and data handling. Having SEBI RIA/NISM Certification, experience with bond platforms or wealth management tools, and fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of any regional language, would be considered advantageous.
