Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes and ensure smooth operations
Verify, approve, and process vendor invoices; ensure timely payments; manage cash flow planning
Maintain vendor relationships, reconcile vendor accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations; coordinate with tax teams
Prepare internal reports, assist in audits, and implement internal controls to prevent fraud/errors
Identify process improvements, implement automation tools, and update SOPs

Preferred candidate profile

Strong financial knowledge and experience in accounts payable processes
6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance with managerial responsibilities
Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP, MS Excel, and financial software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
