Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to manage and optimize our payment processes.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in payment processing, payment posting, and strong analytical as well as communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the end-to-end payment process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Perform payment posting and reconciliation activities.
Analyze AP data to identify discrepancies, variances, and trends.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and support month end closing.Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP function.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Payment Process, and Payment Posting.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹163,994.54 - ₹400,000.00 per year
