About the Role:

Accountant / Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain

  accurate bookkeeping

  and general ledger records.
• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  ,

  debtor reconciliations

  , and

  vendor reconciliations

  with precision.
• Manage

  month-end closing activities

  , including

  accruals, prepayments, and deferred income

  .
• Handle

  Accounts Payable

  process and verify invoices, match expenses with agreements, track supplier refunds, and follow up on pending invoices.
• Manage

  Accounts Receivable

  record customer payments, maintain receipts and refund records.
• Review and validate all accounting entries and reports before submission or finalization.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous

  process improvement

  within accounting workflows.
• Gain hands-on experience in

  VAT

  and international accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 4

  + years of professional accounting experience

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Xero

  accounting software (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  .
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
