Job Summary

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Implement internal controls and financial policies.
Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and stakeholders for financial matters.
Generate MIS reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail with high accuracy in work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications (CA, CMA, MBA Finance) preferred.
