Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Accounts, Taxation & Finance of an Industrial Valve Manufacturing Company. Your role will involve overseeing overall accounts, including the preparation & finalization of Final Accounts such as Balance Sheets. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with statutory formalities related to Income Tax, GST, Tax Audit, Income Tax assessment, GST Audit & Assessment, foreign currency accounting for Import & Export, and CMA preparation for Loans along with required compliances of Lending Bank / Financial Institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Accounts and Taxation for the Industrial Valve Manufacturing Company - Ensure compliance with Taxation and other accounting-related statutory requirements - Handle Tax Audit & Income Tax Assessment - Manage GST Audit and Assessment - Prepare MIS and reconciliations related to Accounts & Taxation - Ensure compliance with the requirements of Lending Bank - CMA preparation for Bank Loans Qualifications Required: - Educational qualifications should include B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA or CFA (preferred) - Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a product manufacturing organization Additional Details of the Company: The role of Manager - Accounts & Taxation offers a Gross Salary of INR 75k per month, based on your competency level.,
