Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading strategic supply partners in the region, focusing on incubating new partners, running day-to-day operations, scaling geographical presence, and enhancing performance. Your role will involve building, managing, and scaling supply partners for the Uber platform in the region, with a key focus on technology integration for supply growth. Key Responsibilities: - Build and lead account management for strategic supply partners throughout India, managing partner scale-up and performance targets, and driving efficiencies to maximize platform benefits. - Standardize and streamline operational processes for scalability and efficiency, analyzing data continuously to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions. - Manage senior stakeholders both externally and internally, finding win-win solutions for Uber and partners, and provide business reviews to senior management on progress against KPIs. - Manage multiple projects, collaborate with partners daily to identify business opportunities, and work closely with global fleet, product, and tech teams to ensure appropriate tools and technologies for fleet management. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of General Management/Consulting/Consumer Tech experience. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, prioritization ability, and successful project execution. - Initiative-taking in a dynamic work environment, exceptional written and verbal communication, and organizational skills. - Willingness to travel across India when necessary. - Strong analytical, technical, and operational expertise, data-driven decision-making mentality, and business acumen. SQL ability is a plus.,
