Role Overview: As an Account Manager specializing in Print & Publications, your role will involve managing end-to-end print, publication, and editorial design projects. This includes overseeing projects such as annual reports, brochures, newsletters, magazines, and other print collaterals. Your creativity, attention to detail, and editorial sensibility will be crucial in delivering high-quality work consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of client relationships and accounts, ensuring effective communication and relationship building. - Understand the client's business, brand, tone, and objectives to provide tailored solutions. - Focus on the overall purpose of each publication and anticipate client needs for content ideas and design solutions. - Manage 2-4 print/publication projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams for seamless project delivery. - Conduct quality checks to ensure error-free and high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations. - Utilize editorial, design, and digital skills to create clear briefs, make layout adjustments, and use AI tools for content generation and design assistance. - Stay updated on global communication, editorial, and design trends to ensure relevance and innovation in projects. Qualification Required: - 3-6+ years of experience in managing print/publication/editorial projects. - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for minor edits and corrections. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent multitasking, organization, and deadline management abilities. - Proficiency in creating and presenting decks using tools like PPT/Keynote. - Analytical thinking skills to review reports, project performance, and effort tracking. - High attention to detail and quality in all project deliverables.
