Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business objectives and workforce challenges.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including requisition intake, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of candidates.
• Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide recruiters on sourcing strategies.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients and management.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional staffing services.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor performance metrics (submissions, interviews, closures).
• Utilize job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and internal ATS for sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Coach and train recruiters on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and negotiation skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
