Account Manager - New Market

As an Account Manager at Rockwell Automation, you will be responsible for achieving successful AOP (A/C Packages) through effective alignment, execution, and accomplishment of Growth Initiative goals for the assigned accounts. You will have 5 or more years of experience in sales in the Industrial Automation Industry. Your role will involve selling the company's products and/or services to existing named accounts within a specific geographic territory and maintaining relationships with these accounts. You will report to the National Sales leader and work in a hybrid schedule based in Mumbai. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop strategy and account plans to achieve sales targets for assigned accounts. - Maintain a healthy mix of products, solutions, and services within assigned account packages. - Identify qualifying opportunities and ensure effective customer engagement. - Understand client processes and business models and align customer leadership with Rockwell Automation leadership. - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures following Rockwell Automation's standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. - 5-10 years of experience in sales in the Industrial Automation Industry. - Ability to travel as per business requirements. - Fluency in the native language and command of English (written & spoken). - Ability to creatively resolve complex issues. - Strong customer-centric focus and ability to set and achieve challenging targets. - Excellent communication skills and ability to influence, empower, coach, and motivate others. **Additional Details:** Rockwell Automation offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes mindfulness programs, volunteer paid time off, employee assistance programs, personalized well-being programs, and more.
