Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop strong, long-term client relationships and understand their business needs.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the companys software products, including features, functionalities, and use cases.
Conduct product demos, training sessions, and onboarding for new clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support, engineering) to resolve client issues.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client requirements.
Monitor account health, usage metrics, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews to clients.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts and maintain high retention rates.
Collect customer feedback to support product improvements and enhancements.
