Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, developing strategies to enhance client performance, and addressing client inquiries. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organizational skills. Qualifications Strong client relationship management and communication skills Project management experience and the ability to oversee project execution Strategic thinking and experience in developing performance enhancement strategies Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field Previous experience in a management consulting role is an asset Proficiency in using project management software and tools
