Account Manager

As a Financial Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. Your responsibilities will include providing financial reports, interpreting financial information, advising on investment activities, and developing strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. You will analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and overall performance to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff, recommending further courses of action. - Advise on investment activities and provide strategies for the company to pursue. - Maintain the financial health of the organization. - Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and performance compared to business plans. - Develop trends and projections for the company's finances. - Identify cost-reduction opportunities through reviews and evaluations. - Oversee finance department operations, set goals, and design frameworks for achievement. - Manage the preparation of the company's budget. - Liaise with auditors for proper monitoring of company finances. - Collaborate with other departments to discuss company plans and agree on future paths. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a Financial Manager. - Previous roles in the financial sector, such as financial analyst. - Extensive understanding of financial trends and market patterns. - Proficiency in finance software. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage, guide, and lead employees in financial processes. - Solid grasp of financial statistics and accounting principles. - Knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations. - Minimum 15 years of experience.
