Account Manager / Manager- Agency Ad Sales - Delhi

You will be joining PhonePe as an AM Agency Ad Sales to enable Brands to leverage PhonePe's strength of User reach, Scale, and Engagement to drive their Brand Marketing & Performance Marketing Objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Opening and scaling agency business to gain larger spends within the marketing budgets of large marketing agencies in India - Establishing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders like Commercial teams, Digital leads, and Media planners within the Agency-Region specific teams - Building strong 1:1 relationships with agency personnel and understanding the spends across objectives, channels, and scope potential for PhonePe Ads - Driving awareness for PhonePe Ads offerings within the agencies through roadshows, workshops, and account depth discussions - Delivering on the revenue target by establishing business development rigors & feedback loops for product outcomes delivered & scope of further business - Handling outbound sales (hard/push sales) according to the business needs to penetrate the new accounts and new business lines deeper - Collaborating within Agencies to ensure inflow of campaign briefs from the key accounts and various industries to gain a larger spend share from the Agency You should have 3-5 years of similar experience in Media and should be from a Tier 1 college.
