Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with clients, guiding them through the platform journey
• Use analytical skills to evaluate platform data to ascertain client’s success
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time
• Identify, resolve, and or escalate risks that may impact the business/client
• Represent the voice of the client by reporting client experience feedback
