Account Manager II Food Production

We are currently seeking a dedicated Account Manager II with experience in food production to join our food division. In this role, you will be responsible for client management and client retention, serving as the main point of contact for clients in coordinating and executing NSF certification services. As an Account Manager II, your primary accountabilities will include overseeing food certification projects for assigned areas, managing certification projects for both new and existing facilities, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by providing education and training on standards, regulations, and audit processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining client certification documentation, meeting target KPIs, and communicating effectively with clients through various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years post-secondary/college degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. Additionally, candidates should have at least one to three years of work experience in an account management role, with knowledge of certification principles, practices, and regulations. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
