Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing billing processes, maintaining financial records, coordinating with various departments, and developing client relationships. The role demands regular interaction with clients to gather feedback and implement improvements, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.

• Experience in billing processes and maintaining financial records

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
